Who am I
And that's why I can help you
Sports have always played an important role in my life. As a child, my athletic family inspired me to be active. I started playing soccer at the age of five, but an injury at 17 ended my dream of turning professional. Instead, I discovered my passion for strength training.
Over the years, I have continuously expanded and refined my training. Today, I consider myself a hybrid athlete. Pure gym workouts eventually became too monotonous for me, so I diversified my athletic activities. In addition to strength training, my regular program now also includes calisthenics, running, and cycling.
My attention soon turned to the aesthetic side of training, which ultimately brought me here. As a fully qualified personal trainer, I have comprehensive knowledge of proper training and the optimal balance of fitness and nutrition.
I know the way to reach my maximum natural potential, and now I want to help you unfold yours as well!

How does the coaching work?
After successful registration, I warmly invite you to a free and non-binding consultation. During this conversation, you will gain insights into the various possibilities of coaching and can ask any questions you may have. After the conclusion of this meeting, you will receive a customized offer for your personal coaching and have the opportunity to set your desired start date.
How much does 1:1 coaching cost?
The costs vary individually, as the coaching is tailored to your needs. To find out where you need support and which package is best for you, I am available for free consultation sessions. The price will be specifically calculated for you, the durations will be set, and you will have the opportunity to ask any open questions.
If you do not need individualized support, I also offer pre-made training plans and meal plans starting at 30 €. These plans are not tailored to a specific person but provide a general structure and guidance for your training and nutrition.
Do I have to be registered at a gym or can I train from home?
You decide where you train. Whether from home without equipment, in the gym, or outdoors with extensive gear, I tailor my approach to your individual circumstances. I am happy to give recommendations on what equipment you need to gradually improve.
Can I start training with you even if I'm just starting out?
Whether you are a beginner or already advanced, I create your plans according to your current level, your desires, and possibilities. We all started as complete beginners.
